Check surface compatibility and follow the instructions supplied with the chosen backing. Dry-fit your templates and test adhesion on a small area before application.

Plan the diamond layout

The large diamond pattern creates a geometric deck finish. Dry-fit neighbouring pieces and check the line alignment before exposing the adhesive.

This color is shown in the gallery and installation examples. Lighting and display settings can change its appearance on screen. The installation photos illustrate layouts; they do not change the selected sheet dimensions or package quantity.

Installation and care

Measure the deck and dry-fit paper templates before cutting the foam. Check that the substrate is compatible, stable, smooth, clean and completely dry. Test suitability and adhesion on a small area. Keep drains, hinges and fittings clear, then peel the liner gradually and press the sheet evenly.

Remove grit regularly and clean gently with fresh water and a suitable mild cleaner tested on a small area. Avoid aggressive solvents, abrasive tools and directing high-pressure water at sheet edges. Follow the instructions supplied with your selected backing.

Is this a pre-cut kit for my boat?

This is a cut-to-fit DIY EVA foam sheet. Each unit ordered contains one sheet, rather than a boat-specific pre-cut kit.

How do I choose a size and quantity?

Template each area, then check how the shapes fit within the sheet dimensions shown in the size selector. Allow extra for trimming, curves, offcuts and pattern alignment. Full-sheet area alone does not guarantee a fit.

Which adhesive backing will I receive?

Your selected variant determines the backing supplied: Self-developed Adhesive or 3M Adhesive. Both require correct surface preparation and an adhesion test before application.

What surface can I install it on?

Use a compatible, stable, smooth, clean and completely dry surface. Remove loose coatings and old adhesive, test a small area and follow the instructions supplied with the selected backing.

How should I clean the flooring?
