Dispatch & addresses
In-stock dispatch: normally 1–3 business days. Preorders follow their listed date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. A complete physical street address is required; no PO Boxes. An invalid address delays dispatch. Tracking is emailed after shipment. Customs, weather or carrier congestion can delay delivery.
Changes & custom orders
Request changes immediately; see our cancellation and refund rules. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
If expressly offered, custom flooring has a separate US$100 shipping charge and 7–15 days of production after usable measurements are received; transit is additional. Correct unusable drawings within 7 calendar days of our request. Additional charges require confirmation before shipment.
