Non-quality returns

We do not ordinarily accept non-quality returns, exchanges or refunds for standard sheets or custom goods. Wrong selections, measurements, quantities, personal preference and change of mind are excluded. Cutting, peeling or installing does not create return eligibility.

Defects, damage & wrong items

Report visible defects, shipping damage, shortages or fulfillment errors within 7 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Send your order number, photos/video and relevant packaging labels to service@foceansport.com or our contact form. Contact us before modifying an obviously faulty item. Confirmed merchant errors may be resolved by replacement, reshipment, exchange, refund or an authorized return.

Cancellation

Request standard-order cancellation before fulfillment processing, tracking or shipping confirmation. An eligible customer-requested cancellation may incur 5% where lawful. Custom orders cannot be canceled after design, preparation or production starts. Supply corrected custom files within 7 calendar days when requested; failure may lead to cancellation with the lawful 5% deduction. If FOCEAN cannot fulfill an order, we refund fully without that deduction.

Approved returns & costs

Written authorization is required before returning goods. We provide the destination and instructions, and cover approved return freight for confirmed merchant-responsible problems. Exceptionally approved non-quality returns carry actual reverse-logistics costs, commonly about US$120 or more, and up to 20% rehandling/restocking where condition requires it and law permits. These figures do not create a right to return. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries and return-to-sender parcels do not automatically qualify for refunds; lawful actual costs may be deducted.

Refund timing & rights

Approved refunds are initiated to the original method within 7 business days; required returns are normally inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. Bank posting takes additional time. Later claims may still be reviewed for latent defects, applicable written warranties or mandatory rights. Non-excludable consumer and statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
