Before choosing your flooring

Compare the finish, color and exact sheet dimensions of the option you intend to buy. Use the Size & Planning Guide to record hatches, edges and cut direction.

Before installation

Follow the instructions supplied with your exact product. Check surface compatibility and preparation requirements. Dry-fit your layout before cutting or exposing adhesive, and keep drains and moving fittings clear. Read Installation & Care.

For a suspected product issue

Report visible defects, shipping damage, shortages or wrong items within 7 calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Later latent-defect claims and non-excludable rights may still be reviewed. Non-quality returns are not ordinarily accepted.

Include the order number, product and option, when you noticed the problem, and clear photos. For an installation issue, describe the surface, preparation and conditions. This helps us assess the next step without asking you to repeat the same details.
